Base rates are revised every 3 months to keep in line with carrier charges.
Virtual numbers sit between the customer and your current phone system, whether it be a mobile phone or office phone you are diverting to. You are charged for incoming calls on the virtual number and depending on your office or mobile service provider you may be charged by them aswell.
You cannot make outgoing calls from a virtual phone number.
